Nope.

Fieseler Fi 156 Storch was a German liaison aircraft produced during 1936-1945. Over 2800 was produced before the end of war.

Well, yes. But I was wondering about those Swastika and Luftwaffe symbols. Weren't they banned in France too?

not totally...Heller{France,s premier mfgr.} made many models of Luftwaffe planes,and the Hakenkreuz was right there on the decal sheet! but in many other places,especially Germany and the USSR,that sort of thing was strictly banned under severe penalty of law.
